How To Hire Fully-Vetted Remote Developers And Save 50% Or More on Talent:

For many SMBs, software developers are at the heart of the company’s growth and success.

But finding the right developer talent is like looking for a unicorn.

The result is paying exorbitant local salary rates, drowning in piles of unvetted candidates, and losing valuable weeks and months to the hiring process.

Frustrating, right?

They bring you an exclusive pool of developers who have been carefully vetted for English fluency and hands on coding skills - which means just the cream of the crop for you to pick from!

Keep your costs down: remote developers abroad can easily save you 50% or more compared to US-based equivalent talent.

No need to overpay hourly outsourcing or agency rates! Ready.dev connects you with talent directly and on your own terms. They also provide a 90-day full money back guarantee if things don’t work out with your hire for any reason.

Post your job today and access the best talent pool for your business in minutes.

Here are 5 new deals for you that are worth checking out.

1/ SBA Pre-Qualified, High-Profit eCommerce Brand in the Socks Vertical

📍 Location: Remote
💰 Asking Price: $3,400,000
💼 Cash Flow: $1,017,149
📊 Revenue: $ 3,329,611
📅 Established: 2016

💭 My 2 Cents: This is a DTC brand that specializes in no-show socks that stay on. What jumped out to me is they have a relationship with Good Morning America and get featured up to 5x a year (with each episode pulling in $290,000+ in revenue). Their 10,000+ reviews also speak to their great brand reputation. The 33% net profit margins are impressive, but what caught my eye is their 57% repurchase rate, which puts them in the top 1% of DTC brands (and indicates to me they have a really solid product). The AOV is pretty low ($32), but I think given the high repurchase rates there’s definitely an opportunity to present more upsells and raise pricing (which they haven’t done since 2019).

2/ Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Practice For Sale

📍 Location: San Diego, CA
💰 Asking Price: $3,100,000
💼 Cash Flow: $630,863
📊 Revenue: $2,185,000
📅 Established: 20+ years ago

💭 My 2 Cents: This lucrative practice specializes in heart health, hair loss treatments, aesthetics, body contouring, and men‘s health. The margins are very impressive, and I like that the business comes with a team of medical professionals and isn’t dependent on the owner. I also expect it to have a strong reputation given its 20+ years in business.

3/ Upscale Catering & Event Company for Sale in NY

📍 Location: Suffolk County, NY
💰 Asking Price: $1,250,000
💼 Cash Flow: $500,000
📊 Revenue: $1,600,000
📅 Established: 2016

💭 My 2 Cents: What attracted me to this business is that they’re turning away business (they’re saying no to 30+ weddings a year, even pre-pandemic!). They're a preferred vendor for high-end wedding catering in Suffolk County, and as someone who has attended her fair share of Hamptons weddings, let me tell you that people are willing to spend on their big day there. The margins are solid, and the asking price is reasonable. Since the wedding business is very relationship-based, I like that the owners are willing to stay involved for 3 years post-close.

4/ High Growth, Highly Profitable eCommerce Brand – Proprietary Home Flooring Products – Strong Amazon Presence – Low Competition – Multiple Sales Channels

📍 Location: Remote
💰 Asking Price: $2,200,000
💼 Cash Flow: $592,392
📊 Revenue: $1,096,026
📅 Established: 2018

💭 My 2 Cents: This company offers a proprietary DIY tile grout cleaner (the cement area between individual tiles — I had to Google it too, don’t worry). Homeowners are recommended to clean their tile grout every 6-12 months, and this solution replaces the need to hire a professional company for $800/year. I think there’s an opportunity here to shift the business model towards what Harry’s Razors pioneered: Sell customers the stand-up vertical cleaning machine and then put them in a subscription for cleaning solution and replacement brushes.

5/ Weight Control Practice For Sale!

📍 Location: Orange County, CA
💰 Asking Price: N/A
💼 Cash Flow: $877,715
📊 Revenue: $1,528,795
📅 Established: 2013

💭 My 2 Cents: This practice offers weight control and cool sculpting services. It’s an all-cash practice, which means you’re not dealing with payment terms that come with insurance (or worse, collections). I like that there’s already a team in place, and I like the margins. But what I love is there's a clear growth opportunity: Customers are asking for botox and injectables, which they’re currently referring out. As the saying goes, “Give the people what they want!”
